Homemade Ravioli

Monday night, Lauren and Molly came up to BG to cook dinner and hang out. We decided to make pasta since that is more of an event than anything else. I wanted to make something that you can’t buy at the grocery or most restaurants. The outcome was a ravioli with sun dried tomato, garlic, and goat cheese filling. Although some parts were messier than expected, it turned out beautifully.

    That sounds absolutely amazing, sundried tomato and goat cheese are my fav!
