From the ECS Cookbook and Kitchen of Peggy Carlton
3 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
6 eggs, separated
1 cup sour cream
Mix sugar and butter together. Mix soda and flour together in a separate bowl. Add egg yokes to sugar and butter one at a time. Add flour mixture and sour cream, alternating, a little at a time. Fold in egg whites. Put in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
